Wahilens collects information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and payment details when you sign up or subscribe. We also collect data about the websites you add to your account, including session recordings, page-visit counts, and visitor behaviour captured by our script.

When you visit wahilens.com, we collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) and use cookies to keep you signed in and measure aggregate usage.

2. How we use it

• To provide and improve the Wahilens service.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, password resets).
• To respond to support requests.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use visitor data collected on your websites for our own advertising purposes.

3. Data collected on your visitors

When you install the Wahilens script on your website, we collect behavioural data about your visitors — including page URLs visited, click events, session duration, country, and traffic source. This data is associated with an anonymous visitor ID, not a real identity. We do not collect names, email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information about your visitors unless you explicitly pass that data to us.

You are responsible for disclosing the use of Wahilens in your own privacy policy and obtaining any necessary consents from your visitors.

4. Cookies

Wahilens uses cookies to authenticate your session and store preferences. Our tracking script sets a first-party cookie on your domain to distinguish returning visitors. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

5. Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the service, including cloud infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), and transactional email. Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and may not use your data for their own purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Session and analytics data is retained for up to 12 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
